Primary Degree in Life Sciences, Technical/Engineering or equivalent.
8 + years of commercial experience.
A proven track record in business-to-business selling in the medical device market.
Knowledge of finished product Medical Devices.
Good experience of working within a clinical setting.
A high comfort level with the technical elements of the role.
Proven track record of sales growth in previous roles.
Excellent communication skills with an ability to foster open, transparent and positive communication internally and externally
Fluent German, English and a second European language desireable
Self-motivation, time management, organisational skills and good business acumen.
Demonstrate an understanding of what drives profitability and make decisions that add commercial value to the business; seek out business opportunities by understanding industry and market trends and development as well as customer needs and preferences.
Consistently strive to deliver top-line results and show interest and enthusiasm toward achieving goals and stretch targets.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills with an ability to close sales at senior levels in customer organisations.
Ability to build a rapport with customers and maintain productive working relationships. [nbsp] [nbsp]
Primary Objectives of Position:
The purpose of the role is to develop and grow the business in a region. This will involve developing, maintaining and growing business relationships with a range of customer organisations from start-up ventures to established multinationals.[nbsp]
To increase sales to agreed targets.
Be the primary and front line interface to our customers establishing strong relationships with the same.
To identify new market opportunities in the region and generate sales for new product, technology and service offerings.
To develop strategic relationships at both strategic and operational levels within large multinational accounts to ensure the client's product offering is integrated into customer organisations
To communicate efficiently and work closely with our client's team to ensure the highest standards in customer service.
