Expectations towards the client:
Education: Barkeeper
Work experience: Practical experience as a barkeeper is
essential (but not at a ship).
Language skills: (basic, communicative, good,very good,
excellent)
Very good German language skills (fluent), minimum B2 level
Good English

Social competence: Enthusiasm, social competence,
responsibility, ability to take criticism, self-independence,
ability to cope with stress, capacity for teamwork,friendliness,
discipline, healthy, service orientated.
Jobconditions:
Level of wages: will be discussed at interview, normally tax
free income Regulation of payment: monthly
Bonus: Free board and accommodation

Information to working conditions:
- Personnel job interview (7 hours) – expenses paid by
candidate
- Basic Safety training (after job agreement) – expenses paid
by candidate ( 3 to 5 days depends on school)
- Medical examination (7 days before boarding) – examination
paid by employer, travel cost paid by candidate
- Flight and the transfer to the ship – paid by employer,
transfer to the airport paid by candidate

Fully insured (Italian contract)
Additional agreements: Vacation entitlement: vacation would
be paid out money
Trainings: Basic Safety training (and Crowd management)
