What you will do:
-Be in charge of your customer’s onboarding, from start to end
-Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally
-Establish a trusted relationship with each account, through phone email and, yes, SMS
-Take care of any issue that may arise from first contact to resolution
-Be ready to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities
What we care about:
-Great communications skills and gastronomy/hospitality experience
-Technical understanding of apps and the patience to transmit it to others
-The ability to manage a project autonomously and excellent time management (you live by your calendar)
-Fluent in: French and English. Another language – German, Italian, Spanish will be considered.
-Previous Customer Support/Success experience, a plus
