Developing and implementing a global internal communications strategy and projects that aim at driving employees’ understanding of company vision, priorities and key initiatives
Leading and assisting with communication efforts to drive employee engagement within the foodpanda group worldwide
Using an appropriate mix of internal communication channels to ensure that all employees are informed about foodpanda’s current projects, initiatives as well as successes and understand how their role contributes to delivering the business goals
Managing and producing regular, appealing content for major communication channels such as email, company wiki, internal social network, townhalls and live streaming events
Creating an environment and suggesting the tools that value and use two-way communication
Defining and tracking qualitative and quantitative measures that illustrate the results of foodpanda’s internal communication efforts
Advising employees and management on which channel and functionalities to use for sharing important or interesting information
2+ years internal communications experience in an international environment
University degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Languages etc.
Experience in driving and handling internal communications in a fast-paced digital environment
Ability to research, write and edit engaging internal communications content
Very strong writing, presentation, project management, planning and communication skills
Self-starter personality that is comfortable with constant change
Openness, flexibility and willingness to explore different paths to achieve a desired outcome
Very good interpersonal skills
Ability to think creatively
Excellent English language skills
Working knowledge of picture and video editing software is a plus
