Head of ITO Sales
Location: Barcelona, Spain
The unit IT Sales is focused on business development on the offering elements set as ITO.
Business development means:
- ITO Offering element positioning in T-Systems’ existing and potential customers.
- Lead detection and conversion into pipeline as qualified deals.
- Deal qualification (interesting for the company, capable to compete, company expected profit forecast) in the Sales Process.
- Set deal solution and technology strategy for the bigger deals of the company.
- Analysis of the competitors in the bid, forecast their strengths, weakness and look for a way to beat them.
- Customer presentations: company qualification for the bid, solution defense….
- Lead the deal team and deal closing during the deal phases (company qualification, company capabilities, RFI, RFP, proposal defense and closing).
- Set the Price to win of the deal in collaboration with the Account Manager.
- Deal closing.
- Portfolio development support.
- ITO main offerings are Cloud services (private cloud from DSI platform, hybrid cloud from vCloud and public cloud from OTC in 2016), Classic Computing Service (in environment where needed, including dedicated teams or bodyshoppings), desktop services (service desk based user support, desktops remote management, virtualization environments and desktop applications provisioning –collaboration services).
Head of ITO Sales key responsibilities:
Leadership of the hunting strategy in the market for ITO offerings.
Support on lead qualification and strategy in the pipeline generation phase.
Manage the team in order to guide the approach to the customer, building pipeline, shaping the deals, leading RFP response and push the deal to its closure.
Actively collaborate on customer account planning in order to look for ITO opportunities.
Support and guide the team in the management of complex bid projects (in organizational, business and technical terms) internally and for the customer, also at international level.
Support on P2W deal calculation. Accountable of its accuracy.
Unblock internal issues related to deals (needed approvals or commitments)
Responsible for ITO sales target achievement in 2016.
Continuous unit monitoring and management.
Top management reporting of pipeline and forecast of ITO business.
Ensure accuracy of sales databases for managed customers
Achieve ITO sales target for 2016.
Lead Generation. Opportunity management. Close contracts.
Support renewal, cross / up selling activities
Required skills and profile:
