The Product Manager will own the full lifecycle of eKomi’s customer feedback management and CX solutions for SMB and for Enterprise customers.
This includes defining the business case, writing the concept and the specifications, aligning the design with the UX team, defining and aligning the roadmap and ensuring launch and post-launch technical and commercial success.
Continuous and reliable delivery of an innovative solution roadmap on time and budget, development of go-to-market strategy, and coordination with sales and marketing departments with regard to new business development.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
The ideal candidate has a degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, or a combination thereof. Alternative degrees will be considered with appropriate work experience. Applicants need sound knowledge and proven experience of at least 5 years in successful software product management.
Experience in product management with both software solutions for SMB and for large Enterprise customers is mandatory. Highly focused, structured and analytical thinker and worker with attention to detail, yet creative and passionate about improving customer CX processes and insights with great software.
Ideally, applicants are currently working in an industry related to customer experience management. Having a background with other software companies with high focus on growth based and innovative software solutions is a plus.
