• To receive and handle inbound calls, emails, chat inquiries and provide support in Dutch using relevant applications.
• Receiving inquiries through inbound calls, emails, chat within a busy customer service team.
• Acting as the first point of contact for all Dutch speaking clients.
• Pro-actively responding to customer queries in Dutch and English via inbound calls, emails, chat.
• Data inputting and information management.
• Liaising with the team leader to resolve any customer complaints/issues.
This is a project based environment and there are real opportunities to develop within the role and also within the company itself.
v Graduates of High School, College, University
v Fluent to native standard Dutch
v Fluent English (Proficiency level)
v Good Knowledge of PC (hardware, software, internet)
v Excellent communication skills
