The role of the Inside Sales Representative is to identify and secure new business within our key markets by approaching potential customers via telephone and email to present our products and services with the necessary skills to win the business. You will be required to develop a strong sales pipeline and manage this on an on-going basis.
- Fielding inbound reseller phone calls and emails
- Making outbound calls to generate interest in sales campaigns, promote brand recognition, gather data
- Use CRM system to update and track existing opportunities including creating reports to monitor sales activities.
- Strategically work with reseller partners and Field Sales to create new opportunities
- Attend regular trainings
- German as native language
- Proven experience in telesales
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office and Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Excellent negotiation and communication and organisational skills.
Commission and very attractive salary is provided.
