Signature’s worldwide compilation of FBO’s deliver essential support services for business and private aviation, including refueling, hangarage, and a variety of other amenities essential to the safe and efficient operation of an aircraft.
at our Frankfurt FBO:
Key responsibilities will include (this list is not all-encompassing):
To meet arriving flights and carry out all required services in support of crews and passengers.
Assisting with the input of loyalty points, and the collection targets for the Signature Customer Experience Survey.
Liaise with other departments to pass on details of any services requested, or information pertinent to each flight.
Ensuring crew and passengers of departing flights have appropriate documentation checked prior to departing and escorting crew and passengers to their aircraft.
To ensure a safe culture through daily observation, shift briefings and handovers.
Accurate completion of relevant paperwork
Providing escorts of vehicles on the ramp and lifts for customers to and from offsite locations.
Guaranteeing the highest level of cleanliness and presentation of all VIP areas.
Maintaining the office and lounge in a clean and efficient fashion, providing complimentary refreshments and an excellent service to its users.
To provide airside services and coordinate services with flight crews.
To ensure compliance with company regulations.
Any other reasonable tasks that your supervisor or manager requests
Role Requirements (this list is not all-encompassing):
A calm approach and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
A customer orientated approach with an outstanding level of customer service skills and experience of meeting the needs of our customers.
Strong written and oral communication skills in German and English.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a good team player
Excellent timekeeping and attendance, with the ability to be flexible on working hours.
Ability to communicate credibly across all levels solving issues that may arise for our customers
Good level of IT skills.
Additional languages would be an advantage.
Educated to GCSE standard (or equivalent).
Driving license and preferably own vehicle as job site is on the southside of the airport and largely inaccessible by way of public transport.
This will be a full time role, however, flexibility on working hours is absolutely essential.
